Will my credit card be charged right after completing my booking via your website? How can I pay my stay at the hostel?
Answer:
No, your credit card won't be charged until your arrival at the hostel. You can pay your stay at the hostel in cash as well as with all major credit cards.
Attention: during fair times we charge 30% deposit from the total amount of your reservation from your credit card.
What’s the earliest possible time for check in? And the latest possible time for check out?
Answer:
Our Front Office is staffed 24 hours.
Actually you can check in any time (even after midnight), but the earliest check in time to the rooms is at 2 pm. The latest possible check out has to be by 11 am.
I am arriving early in the morning at Frankfurt – is it possible to check in earlier under these circumstances?
Answer:
Whether your room
is available prior to regular check in time can only be confirmed upon arrival. Therefore we cannot guarantee an early check in (not even against surcharge). To store your luggage, the hostel does provide a storage room. The utilization is free of charge and admission is possible via our staff.
Is there a curfew? Do I have admittance to the hostel even late at night?
Answer: We do not have any closing hours. With your keycard you have admittance any time or you may ring the door bell.
Is breakfast included?
Answer: Yes, served every morning from 7 am to 10 am. We do serve tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, muesli, cereals, jam, honey, cream cheese, boiled eggs, nutella, butter, sausage and cheese as well as rolls and bread.
I am departing at 6am; is it possible to get breakfast anyway?
Answer: Please ask our Front Desk manager upon your arrival already, if it’s possible to arrange breakfast at the time of your departure.
Do you provide towels and bed linen? And what are the costs?
How about parking busses and cars?
Answer: There are a few car parks at the main train station. But it is very expensive to park the car there overnight. Within a walking distance (5min.) there is free parking at the shore of the river Main. During weekdays (except Tuesdays and Thursdays) all available parking in our closer environment are free of charge from 5 pm to 8 am. Weekends your may park here anywhere free of charge. Busparking:

Do you provide internet?
Answer:
Our WLAN is free of charge.
Except that we do also have about 8 internet access spots, where you may use the internet against a small fee of EUR 1,00/ hour.
Do the rooms have lockers? What are the costs?
Answer:
Lockers are available at the reception area.
You can rent a locker for EUR 2,00 a day. (deposit EUR 10,00) size: 35 x 55 x 100cm
I do have a bike or a bigger piece of luggage. May I store it at the hostel during my stay?
Answer: Yes of course, except that we are not liable for any damage during storage.
Do I need a youth hostel pass? Is there an age limit?
Answer: No, at our hostel there are no youth hostel passes required, also there is no age limit.
Is there a kitchen I may use?
Answer: Yes you may use the facilities of our kitchen beyond our breakfast hours and beyond our pasta party. The utiliziation (also of the microwave oven) is free of charge. The basics such as salt, pepper, oil and dishes are also for free use.
Do you offer lunch or dinner?
Answer:
Unfortunately not.
But we do arrange our free all you can eat pasta party every Saturday.
Does the hostel provide an iron? Can I do my laundry at the hostel?
Answer: An iron and an iron board are available at the Front Desk against a deposit. Within walking distance you can find a laundrette (waschsalon Frankfurt).
Is it possible to have a package/ letter sent to the hostel under my name? Would you hold the mail for me until I arrive?
Answer: Yes, of course you can do that. We’ll keep the mail until you arrive. Important: Your arrival date and booking reference (name) must be noted on the mail.
