What’s the earliest possible time for check in? And the latest possible time for check out?

Answer: Our reception staff is available 24 hours of the day without curfew. In all honesty, it does not matter what time you come in to check in. It is just important for you to know that Check-In is not possible before 2 pm. Check-Out time is 11 am, the latest. Unfortunately, we do not offer late Check-Out.

I am arriving early in the morning at Frankfurt – is it possible to check in earlier under these circumstances?

Answer: Whether your room is available prior to regular check in time can only be confirmed upon arrival. Therefore we cannot guarantee an early check in (not even against surcharge). But, of course you are welcome to use our luggage room in order to store your bags until your room is ready.

Is there a curfew? Do I have admittance to the hostel even late at night?

Answer: We do not have any closing hours. With your keycard you have admittance any time or you may ring the door bell.

Do you offer breakfast?

Answer: Yes! We offer an all-you-can-eat breakfast for EUR 5,00 that contains tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, muesli, cereals, jam, nougat cream, margarine, sausage, cheese, eggs and apples as well as rolls and bread. Everyday from 7am – 10am.

I am departing at 6am; is it possible to get breakfast anyway?

Answer: Unfortunately, it is not possible to serve breakfast before 7 am.

Do you provide towels and bed linen? And what are the costs?

Answer: Towels and bed linen are included in the private room price. Dorm rooms include the bed linen. Towels can be borrowed for EUR 2,00.

How about parking busses and cars?

Answer: There are a few car parks at the main train station. But it is very expensive to park the car there overnight. During weekdays (except Tuesdays and Thursdays) all available parking in our closer environment are free of charge from 5 pm to 8 am. Weekends you may park here anywhere free of charge. Busparking: further info under “arrival”. Please note: Every Tuesday and Thursday the traditional “Kaisermarkt” market takes place, on these days parking in our closer environment is not allowed.

Do you provide internet?

Answer: Our WLAN is free of charge and available in our common areas. Except that we do also have about 8 internet access spots, where you may use the internet against a small fee of EUR 1,00/ hour.

Do the rooms have lockers? What are the costs?

Answer: All dorm rooms are equipped with lockers which are available for your entire stay against a small fee of EUR 2,00 (plus EUR 10,00 deposit) Size: 35 x 55 x 100cm

I do have a bike or a bigger piece of luggage. May I store it at the hostel during my stay?

Answer: Unfortuantely, we don’t have space to store your bags. However, large bags can be stored in our luggage room for free during your stay as well as on the day of your arrival and departure. Provided that you have a booking with us, it is possible to store your bags outside your stay at EUR 2,00/bag/day.

Do I need a youth hostel pass? Is there an age limit?

Answer: No, at our hostel there are no youth hostel passes required, also there is no age limit.

Is there a kitchen I may use?

Answer: Yes! You’re welcome to use the facilities of our kitchen at any time, except during our breakfast and Pasta Party hours (6am -10 am; 7:30pm-8:30pm). The utiliziation (also of the microwave oven) is free of charge. Basics such as salt, pepper, oil and dishes are also for free use.

Do you offer lunch or dinner?

Answer: We offer free Pasta from Monday to Sunday at 8pm. In order to join the Pasta dinner you need to sign up at the reception by no later than 7pm.

Does the hostel provide an iron? Can I do my laundry at the hostel?

Answer: An iron and an iron board are available at the reception against a deposit. There’s a laundry service just around the corner.
